Tuesday

No running today, it was a rest/recovery day after all that running. But I did take two long walks with stroller and baby. And friend.

I tried to convince my friend to start running with me, but she said she had no motivation what so ever. Or time. She already looks good and she's pretty healthy. I had nothing to say. I hardly know why I'm doing it myself, I just have a strong feeling I will eventually love it. I want to be strong and fast and lean. Untouchable.

Also bought a pouch to keep that Nike+ thing in when I'm not wearing my special Nike+ shoes.

I was going to run tomorrow, but Lotta asked for help for the first time ever, and I'm so excited to get to see her again.

You'll all have to run for me.

Next time I will run is thursday morning at 6.30. It will be horrible, i'm not a morning person (come to think of it, i'm not sure i'm a evening person either) but it will be worse not to run. I will run at the treadmill in the gym, beacuse i think it's to early to run alone in hagaparken.

The thing about running is that i quickle become something you have to do, even when you don't feel like it. Like flossing.

I love Nike+. I need it!

Hate the treadmill, though. I run before breakfast on Långängen - probably the most horrible (but beautiful!) 5 km in Sweden with all those upslopes.

have you ever tried with pilates? there are good instructive videos on youtube, like this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mmek7iASeCI .I like her, she is Lara Hudson and there is more videos of her on the site. You can do it at your rhythm I just stumble on it about one year ago and believe me it works! Enjoy the healthy life style! Get stronger and firmer :)Love

Yoga this morning instead of running. No mat, so a constant battle against sliding feet and hands.

Ran today! Not very far, probably only 2km. Listened to a mix of cheesy music - Kanye West, Soulja Boy - provided by my friend Juli, until my ipod crashed during a JLo track. I think I prefer running without music, as I can focus on my pace & breathing better.
