I am!!! I even commented about my first kilometer! And am still waiting for this week's "assignment". Please don't stop now- you're why I'm doing this. And thank you, by the way, because it's the most success I've had with any running program yet :)
hi emi! i'm still going walking/gym 3+ times a week, but my knee was hurting so i'm not running much... to make up i was doing lots of elliptical (calorie-burning?) my body is failing me!
